西藏誠捷報關有限責任公司成立于2016年4月15日，主要經營西藏樟木口岸和吉隆口岸的代理報關、報檢業務、代理進出口清關業務及繳納海關稅費等業務。

吳昌旭  四川什邡市1979年12月出生，

服役于新疆步兵第四師，2003年退役后在國企西藏環通報關行工作13年，于2016年和同事們組建西藏誠捷報關公司至今，2015年加入共勤聯盟。
